Novature Solutions

London People Strategy Consultancy — Personal Branding & Headshot Photography

Novature Solutions helps founders make confident, considered decisions about their people — and this shoot was about putting a face to that confidence.

Novature had a clear new website taking shape and a brand strategy already defined: warm, direct, credible, calm. Not corporate. Not salesy. The kind of consultancy that says "I've been where you are and I know how to help," rather than "trust the expert." What was missing was imagery that actually sounded like that — headshots and b-roll that felt like sitting across the table from someone who gets it, not a stock-photo version of "the expert."

So we built a mini branding session around one goal: images and video that make founders feel calm and confident the moment they land on the site.

Brand Tone

  • Calm, not corporate — soft light and unforced poses, so the imagery breathes rather than performs. Nothing stiff, nothing boardroom.

  • Direct and credible — strong, honest headshots with real eye contact. The kind of face you'd trust with a hard conversation about your team.

  • Warm and approachable — genuine expression over polished perfection. This is a brand built on "I've been where you are," and the photography needed to feel like that sentence, not just say it.

  • Confidence without ego — assured body language and steady, grounded framing that reassures rather than impresses.

  • Human-led — candid b-roll moments — thinking, working, mid-conversation — that show the person behind the strategy, not just a title.

  • Considered, not staged — a small, deliberate set of looks and settings, chosen to work across the new website, LinkedIn, and pitch materials without ever feeling like a shoot.

  • Consistent with the brand's voice — every frame was chosen to support the same message running through Novature's website copy: steady expertise, delivered without the swagger.
