I hereby agree with the Photographer that the images taken on the "Date of Photo Shoot" may be used by The Cub Club and Juliet Savigear Photography in the following ways:

​

  • Website imagery

  • Printed publicity

  • Online social media (including TikTok, Facebook and Instagram)​

 

The images will be stored securely and will not be kept for longer than they are needed for the purposes listed above.

I hereby assign to the Photographer any interest in the copyright of the Photographs and waive any right to any payment for the use of any of the Photographs for any purpose to which I have consented above; and agree that the Photographs may be altered or modified in any manner.

The Photographs may only be used to represent an imaginary person and shall not be publicly named in association with any of the Photographs unless agreed.

 

The Photographs shall not represent any person in any derogatory manner.

 

I hereby give my consent to the above terms of this Release Form are for the benefit of the Photographer and Client (The Cub Club) of the Photographer.
