This Photography Headshot Release Form ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the [Date of Photo Shoot] by and between Juliet Savigear Photography, with a principal place of business at 27, Salford Road, London, SW2 4BL ("Photographer"), and [Client's Name], residing at [Client's Address] ("Client").

1. Services:

Photographer agrees to provide photography services to Client, including taking headshot photographs ("Photographs") during the photoshoot described here.

2. Ownership and Rights:

Photographer shall retain all copyright and ownership rights to the Photographs.

​

3. Grant of License:

In consideration for the photography services provided by Photographer, Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Photographs for the following purposes:

  • Professional Use: Including, but not limited to, use on professional websites, online profiles (e.g., LinkedIn), business cards, resumes, CVs, marketing materials, and internal company documents.

  • Promotional Use: Including, but not limited to, self-promotion, personal branding, and advertising related to Client's professional activities.

4. Restrictions:

Client acknowledges that this license does NOT include the right to:

  • Resell or commercially distribute the Photographs.

  • Use the Photographs for purposes that are defamatory, obscene, or otherwise illegal or harmful.

  • Transfer or assign this license to any third party without the prior written consent of Photographer.

  • Use the Photographs to endorse or promote products or services without prior written consent from the Photographer.

5. Photographer Credit:

Client is encouraged, but not required, to credit Photographer when using the Photographs online or in print. Suggested credit: "Photo by Juliet Savigear Photography."

6. Model Release:

Client grants Photographer the right to use Client's likeness and name in connection with the Photographs for Photographer's own portfolio, marketing, and advertising purposes, including but not limited to, online galleries, social media, and print materials.

7. Compensation:

The total cost for the photography services is £280 and will be paid in full prior to the photo shoot/according to the agreed upon payment schedule (if booking multiple sessions).

8. Liability:

Photographer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by Client in connection with the photoshoot, except to the extent caused by Photographer's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

​

10. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

11. Severability:

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
